Partner Student Story: Meet Rhicka-Joyce Crudo, Director

Meet Rhicka-Joyce, Director of People, Culture, and Belonging at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco and proud graduate of CLU’s Master of Arts in Social Impact program.
Committed to a life of service and drawing from her diverse background to foster spaces of equity and inclusivity, Rhicka was immediately drawn to CLU for its strong alignment with her personal values and career goals.
As a former City Year Americorps & staff member, Rhicka took advantage of CLU’s partnership tuition discount, which helped remove financial barriers to pursuing her master’s degree. Today, she applies what she learned through the program, including skills grounded in social impact measurement, stakeholder-centered leadership, and equanimity, to help build workplace systems and cultures where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
“Today, I’m in my dream role where I get to contribute to the well-being, growth, and advancement of my colleagues and the youth we serve. CLU played a significant role in preparing me for this position.”
